1) Event Bookings
The Bar B Ranch offers event bookings for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings.
Booking Requests and Confirmation

Event dates are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by The Bar B Ranch.

Details such as date, time, guest count, pricing, and services included will be confirmed in your event agreement or invoice.
Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to reserve your date.

Payment deadlines and any remaining balance due will be outlined in your event agreement.
Changes

If you need to make changes to your event details, please notify us as soon as possible.

Changes may affect availability, pricing, or timelines.
Cancellations

Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposits or fees, will be listed in your event agreement.
2) Product Sales and Availability
We offer premium Wagyu beef and bison products for individual purchase and wholesale inquiry.

Product availability may change due to seasonality and inventory.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, substitute comparable items when necessary, or cancel and refund orders if fulfillment isn’t possible.
3) Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, returns, and refunds are handled according to our posted policies, including the following key points:

We ship within the lower 48 United States.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Any shipping-related issues (damaged, lost, compromised, incorrect, or missing items) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
