These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases, event bookings, and general use of The Bar B Ranch services. By placing an order, submitting an inquiry, or booking an event with us, you agree to the terms below.

1) Event Bookings

The Bar B Ranch offers event bookings for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings.

Booking Requests and Confirmation

  • Event dates are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by The Bar B Ranch.

  • Details such as date, time, guest count, pricing, and services included will be confirmed in your event agreement or invoice.

Deposits and Payments

  • A deposit may be required to reserve your date.

  • Payment deadlines and any remaining balance due will be outlined in your event agreement.

Changes

  • If you need to make changes to your event details, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Changes may affect availability, pricing, or timelines.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposits or fees, will be listed in your event agreement.

2) Product Sales and Availability

We offer premium Wagyu beef and bison products for individual purchase and wholesale inquiry.

  • Product availability may change due to seasonality and inventory.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, substitute comparable items when necessary, or cancel and refund orders if fulfillment isn’t possible.

3) Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, returns, and refunds are handled according to our posted policies, including the following key points:

  • We ship within the lower 48 United States.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  • Any shipping-related issues (damaged, lost, compromised, incorrect, or missing items) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4) Privacy and Safety Commitment

We take your privacy seriously.

  • We use customer information to process orders, manage bookings, provide support, and communicate about your purchase or inquiry.

  • We do not sell your personal information.

  • We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.

5) Wholesale Inquiries

Wholesale opportunities are available for retail and business partners.

  • Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee approval or availability.

  • Pricing, minimums, delivery options, and lead times (if applicable) will be provided during the wholesale conversation.

6) Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • PayPal

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Checks

  • Bank wire transfer

Note: Orders or bookings may not be considered confirmed until payment clears (especially for checks and bank wires).

7) Errors, Pricing, and Corrections

We work hard to keep our pricing and information accurate, but mistakes can happen.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, availability, or order details.

  • If an error affects your order, we’ll contact you with next steps, which may include a correction, cancellation, or refund.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bar B Ranch is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase, booking, or use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order or booking at issue.
