Thank you for choosing The Bar B Ranch for fresh, high-quality butchered meats. We take pride in every order and pack each shipment to help it arrive cold, safe, and in great condition. Please review the policy below for details on shipping and pickup.

Packaging

To maintain quality and food safety, all orders are packed in insulated packaging with dry ice and/or gel ice packs to help keep products at a safe temperature during transit.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship orders within the lower 48 United States.

Standard Shipping (2-3 business days, depending on location)

• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and delivery address.

Free Pickup Options

We offer free local pickup at the following locations:

• Oregon pickup

• Boise pickup

• Utah pickup

Shipping Delays

We do our best to ship promptly, but delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions. Because these products are perishable, please monitor tracking and plan for someone to receive the package on the expected delivery day. We recommend bringing the contents inside right away.

Lost, Damaged, or Compromised Orders

If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or otherwise compromised, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the packaging and product(s)

• A brief description of the issue

We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order is damaged or not what you expected, please reach out and we’ll help with a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
