Packaging

To maintain the quality and safety of your meat, all orders are packed using insulated packaging and dry ice or gel ice packs to keep your products at the correct temperature throughout transit.​

Shipping Delays

We strive to ship your order promptly, but please be aware that shipping delays can occur due to factors such as weather, carrier issues, or holidays. Since our products are perishable, we strongly encourage you to track your order and arrange for someone to receive the package on the day of delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost, damaged, or compromised during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or not what you expected, please reach out to us, and we will assist in providing a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
