Packaging

To maintain the quality and safety of your meat, all orders are packed using insulated packaging and dry ice or gel ice packs to keep your products at the correct temperature throughout transit.​

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use reliable refrigerated shipping to ensure your meat arrives fresh. Shipping options include:

 

• Standard Shipping (2–3 business days depending on location):

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

• Free Pick Up (3 options)

  • Boise pick up

Shipping Delays

Since our products are perishable, we strongly encourage you to track your order and arrange for someone to receive the package on the day of delivery.

If your order is lost, damaged, or compromised during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue
