Full Butchered Bison Deposit
A full bison contains a mixture of steaks, roasts and ground meat. It fills around 14-17 cubic feet of freezer space. The $7.50/lb is based on the "hanging weight". The "Retail Yield" will be around 528 pounds. It will consist of approximately 86 pounds of steak (ribeye, NY strip, filet, sirloin, flank, skirt, flat iron, round and cube), 82 pounds of roast (chuck, arm, rump and sirloin tip), 240 pounds ground meat (at least 90% lean), and 52 pounds of specialty cuts (brisket, short rib and stew meat). Your order will be secured through a $750 deposit that is non refundable and the balance will be due at time of shipping/pick-up.
