1/4 Butchered Akaushi Wagyu Beef Deposit
A 1/4 beef contains a mixture of steaks, roasts and ground meat. It fills around 5-7 cubic feet of freezer space. The $7/lb is based on the "hanging weight". Your "Retail Yield" will be around 125 pounds (for a breakdown, see the FAQ's). Your order will be secured through a $500 deposit that is non refundable and the balance will be due at time of shipping/pick-up/delivery.
